Getting into a Phoenix Niagara Play Party is a two part process; registration and payment. Registration requires you to submit the legal name, scene/Fetlife name and e-mail address of each person you are reserving for. Their are two options to submitting this information:
- E-mail the legal name, scene/Fetlife name and e-mail address of each person you are reserving for to register@phoenixniagara.com.
- Submit the legal name, scene/Fetlife name and e-mail address of each person you are reserving for to Tango at the Phoenix Niagara Monthly Munch. If you see Tango at any other munch or event, she’ll be happy take your reservation on the spot.
Once registered, you must pay at least one week before the event. We do not accept cash or other forms of payment at the door. We have a range of payment options for your convenience:
In Person – While you are registering at the Phoenix Niagara Monthly Munch, you can also submit payment to Tango. If you see the hosts of Phoenix Niagara at any other munch or event, they’ll be happy to process your payment on the spot.
By Mail – Please make checks or money orders payable to Phoenix Niagara. They must be post dated at least two weeks in advance of the party and sent to:

By Interac Email Transfer – Send payment to register@phoenixniagara.com, and please make the password pnparty. If you are unfamiliar with this process, please contact your bank for more information. It is easy to set up, and straightforward to use.
By PayPal – You can purchase tickets to our party directly thru PayPal by clicking the button below.
NOTE: We do NOT issue refunds, credits or exchanges on party tickets. When you register to attend, it is a commitment on your part that you will show up. (We have to be able to budget after all!)
